We encourage respectful behaviour and friendliness among the users. We stand against any harmful behaviour that is a violation of our policies, and we take actions against it. Please report to us if you have encountered harmful behaviour to invites@invites.tech

Our goal is to ensure on INVITES a secure environment, inclusiveness and positive experiences for all users. We take all complaints seriously. Do not hesitate to contact our team if you meet inappropriate behaviour and harmful profiles

On the platform INVITES it is not allowed the following actions: nudity, harassment/provocation, violence, hate discourse and any other type of harmful behaviour.

We analyse complaints thoroughly and immediately remove harmful behaviour and profiles that are not respecting the platform’s policy.

Security practices

INVITES considers the security of our applications and the privacy of our users’ data very important. While it is impossible to predict the full range of future cyber threats against our systems, we regularly assess and work to improve our security to enhance the safety of our user community.

Our safety tools consist of manual review of distrustful profiles, blocking of phone numbers and email and IP addresses, red-flag language.


Safety guidelines in regards to INVITES on and off the platform

INVITES is for users 18+

On INVITES your safety is important to us. These guidelines were created to provide that everyone on the platform supports our values of respect, equality and kindness. We will always take action when someone has broken the rules, and always support you. However, we believe that our users should feel empowered to take safety precautions when meeting new people.

Here are a few tips from us on how to stay safe on and outside the INVITES platform.


  • Protect your private data by not sharing your personal information with strangers such as security number, place of work, information about your children etc
  • Verify if you have doubts, make background research
  • Always report threats and behaviour that is suspicious and harmful.
  • Do not share your financial information or send money. Report users who ask for money
  • Take care of your personal account
  • Buying and selling of any type of things if not allowed on the INVITES platform
  • Illegal substances are forbidden, please report any type of suspicious activity from other users to the local authorities and to us
  • Let people you are close to know where and with whom you meet, and when you get back home
  • Arrange your transport to and from a date/event.
  • Keep an eye on your drink at all times
  • Always listen to your gut, if you feel that something is not right
  • Ask questions if in doubts
  • Leave early, if you feel like it, in a polite way
  • Put yourself first
  • Ask for help if necessary or call the emergency number

We do not tolerate harassment and abusive messages on our platform.

Please report any harassment and abusive messages, reports are anonymous.

We have some examples of abusive messages:


  • Any threats to your wellbeing and safety
  • Unsolicited images
  • External links and spam that you have concerns about

Report

To report someone from their profile, please follow these steps:

Go to the profile of the user you want to report. Push the report user and type in the problem, which will be sent to the INVITES staff, and those only - meaning that the reported user will not see that you reported him/her.


CSAM

Federal law prohibits the production, advertisement, transportation, distribution, receipt, sale, access with intent to view, and possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Underlying every sexually explicit image or video of a child is abuse, rape, molestation, and/or exploitation.
